At 3D Print BC, we love creating things that make people’s lives a little easier. We make custom parts, prototypes, replacement components, and other creations using 3D printing.

But this time, we wanted to make something just for fun.

That’s how Found Me! came to life. We’re placing small, packaged 3D-printed creations in selected public places around Vancouver and the Lower Mainland for people to discover.

You might find a cute keychain, a little ghost, a fun character, or another small creation. We’ll be introducing different designs as the project continues, so you never know what might turn up next.

There’s no purchase required. It’s simply a little gift from 3D Print BC to whoever discovers it.

You could have a free small articulated dragon!

Some of our Found Me! bags contain an extra surprise: a special prize card for a free small articulated 3D-printed dragon!

We’re selecting a few packages at random and placing these special cards inside before the packages are hidden.

If you discover a prize card inside your bag, keep it safe and follow the instructions printed on the card to claim your dragon.

Our articulated dragons feature connected, moving sections that make them fun to pose and display.

Even if your package doesn’t include a prize, we’d still love for you to report your find and share your discovery with the community.

📍 Where Can You Find Free 3D Printed Surprises in Vancouver?

Our Found Me! project is focused on Vancouver and the surrounding Lower Mainland communities.

You might discover one of our little creations in Vancouver, Richmond, Burnaby, Surrey, Delta, New Westminster, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, or another nearby community.

We’re not publishing a list of exact hiding spots because discovering one is part of the fun! The prints are meant to be pleasant surprises that people come across while going about their normal activities.

💙 Share Your Find With the Community

Finding one of our prints is only the beginning of the adventure.

We created a special Community Finds section on our website so people can share their discoveries and see where our little 3D-printed creations have been spotted.

When you submit a report, you can tell us what you found, the general area where you discovered it, and whether you kept it or left it for someone else.

You can also share a short story about how you came across your print. Maybe you found it while walking your dog, heading to work, or spending an afternoon exploring your neighbourhood.

Approved reports can be shared on the Found Me! Community Finds page so other visitors can enjoy the adventure too.

For everyone’s privacy, please share only a general location, such as a city or neighbourhood. Avoid posting home addresses or anyone’s private information.
